Recently built private villa located in the Marina di Tertenia (OG), Municipality of Tertenia.

It boasts its position below the Nuraghe Longu (conical-shaped stone construction, representative of the Nuragic civilisation), and close to the Foxi Manna beach; welcomes its guests from the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

The room has a living room with large equipped kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and sofa bed. Double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom. It is possible to use the washing machine (located on site), air conditioning or heat, external barbecue and external shower.
